With Hifinit—the design studio that I co-founded—we completely re-​​imagined and re-​​designed the official news outlet for North­eastern University in early 2012. Built on a highly customized WordPress platform, the admin interface and site are optimized for the collab­o­rative work of a 25+ person news team.

It’s incredible how fast the internet moves—at the time that we did this, no large University news outlets (we were aware of at the time) were responsive for mobile design. So, this site got a good amount of recognition, and even won a CASE Excellence Gold Award for Online News sites in 2013.
